Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Information

Millenium Inc. understands the importance of bringing our customers fast and dependable shipping. We work hard to safely and securely ship your order with the least amount of wait time possible.

We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments.
During Sale times orders may be delayed 3 to 4 business days before shipping.

Can I ship my order to another address such as my work address?

Yes, but orders are subject to cancelation if deemed fradulent by our filtering system. We may also contact you by email or phone for verification, verification does not guarantee your order will get shipped. We may also ask for debit/credit card and ID verification by having you sent a photo of both to us for verification.

Orders ordered after 11am will not be shipped until the next day unless it is a weekend then it will not be shipped until Monday.


Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

No

UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.


Do you ship COD?

No - we do not ship COD.


How do I find out what the cost is for shipping?

The easiest way to calculate exact shipping charges is to go through the ordering process. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will be shown the cost of shipping, as well as given an option for shipping method before you finalize your order.


FREE shipping Offers

Free shipping offers are only sent out UPS ground or USPS. When the free shipping offer is selected you cannot choose 1day, 2day, 3day or overnight shipping.


Shipping Methods

For fast and reliable shipping, we exclusively ship through UPS carrier service. Orders received before 12pm PST (Mon-Fri) are shipped usually the same day but we do reserve the right to take up to 2 business days for processing before shipping out. The delivery times stated only reflect the transit time and do not include the order processing time. Please note UPS ground/Standard does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.

We package all of our orders in either discreet plain brown boxes or standard UPS and USPS Priority Mail Packaging.  If the order is particularly fragile, we may use stickers or tape indicating FRAGILE or FRAGILE GLASS if required.  All Glass Products are securely double wrapped for extra safety.

Orders shipped thru UPS Ground will be given a delivery confirmation number allowing you to follow your package via the UPS Website.  All packages are routinely delivered within 3-7 business days. For a more detailed estimation, refer to UPS Shipping Map located below. Please note that these are only approximate UPS delivery times, as provided to us by UPS. For guaranteed delivery time ask for Express Next Business Day Air or Expedited 2nd Business Day Air shipping.  UPS does not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, you need to call (916) 772-6969 or email shopmillenumonline@gmail.com within 24 hours to notify us of the problem. We will request that you send us the item back to and we will refund you the shipping and send you out a replacement once we receive the damaged item back to us.

*All returns must have the original receipt or invoice

*All product return shipments must include all original internal packing materials, boxes and containers. 

*All in store returns must have the order invoice or receipt and government ID

If you wish to Change, Cancel or Return your order, there will be a 18% additional restocking fee on the total of your order. If you wish to Return your order you must pay shipping and return shipping charges.

Any return for a refund may be subject to a 18% restocking fee. This fee may be waived for the following reasons:

  • - Carrier damage

  • - Defective product

  • - Product does not match advertising

  • - Received incorrect product

  • - Product was an extra item not ordered

    Note: Any return that is misrepresented as being for any of the above reasons will automatically have the restocking fee applied even if it was initially waived.

    Any items that have been used and are not in New Original Condition may not be returned.

    In order to avoid confusion, please contact us before you purchase so that we may help you order exactly what you need. Refunds will be made by credit card refund, or store credit only. There are no cash refunds.

Ordering
Placed Orders: 

Once you have placed your order you should then receive an email stating that you’re ordered has been accepted. This can take up to 3 days to process depending on how many orders are before you and shipping option selected. Once the payment has been processed you should receive an email with the invoice and the amount that was processed. 

After placing the order the order is then shipped which then you should receive an email with tracking information. If you would like to see more details you can check your account to see tracking information and order details.  

Things that may delay orders: 

*Shipping & billing address is different. 

*If order is placed on a holiday. 

*Item is out of stock. 

In any of these cases we will contact and let you know before we proceed. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

You can choose from the following payment methods: 

- Visa
- Master Card
- American Express
- Discover

* Millenium Inc. Fraud Prevention Policy requires that all orders paid with American Express credit cards must be shipped to the billing address listed for the card being used.  Millenium Inc. reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that is not being shipped to the original billing address.

Why do I have to notify American Express if I want my order shipped to a different address?

This is a policy from American Express that must be adhered to both by Millenium Inc. and American Express customers. It is done to protect you from fraudulent use of your credit card account. It is in your best interest to call American Express and notify them of your other delivery address so your order can be authorized and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

If you do not call AMEX to notify them that you are using a different shipping address for an order, your order may be delayed. Our Credit Department will place the order on hold and call the billing contact for the AMEX card. If the billing contact person cannot be reached to verify the order, your order may be delayed.

We may ask you send a picture of your ID and Card used for the transaction in order to verify if order has a different shipping address.

Do you accept PayPal?

No - We can not accept PayPal payments due to their rules against selling Glass Pipes.


Can I pay using a Money Order?

No we do not have options for money orders yet but hope to implement in in the future.  

No Personal Checks. 

Signature Requirements
Millenium Inc. reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons.

Failed or Declined Payments

If you need help with a failed payment that is pending in your bank account, your answer is here!

Please do not panic, these are temporary authorizations, they will not post.
  If you tried to make a payment to us, and received a message that the payment failed but you still see a charge on your account from us, it means that the banking system has put a temporary hold on the funds. The failed payment is a pending transaction that will never go through.
Most holds in the USA will drop off in about 2 to 3 business days, but sometimes it takes longer. Most holds outside of the USA will drop off in 3 to 5 business days. 

The most common reasons that you will receive a payment failed message are:
1.  Your billing address and/or zip code does not match what is on file with your financial institution. 
2.  Your CVV code is incorrect
3.  Your transaction was declined by your financial institution.

If you tried to pay multiple times, and received the message that the payment failed multiple times, you may see multiple holds on your funds.  These charges are all pending, and will not go through. The transactions may show up as pending transactions on your credit card or bank statement until Authorized.net and your financial institution release the holds on the amounts.

Viewing Orders

In order to view old or recent orders you must sign up for an account before you purchase. To sign up just press the login button in the right corner > press create new account and then follow the signup process.

Accounts make it easy to keep history of all of your transactions, create wish lists, receive newsletters and review products.
